Flexible automatic tray loading system
The patented system for automatic filling of trays. Primarily used in the confectionery- and dry baked goods industry for handling of delicate products with large dimensional and shape tolerances. Biscuits, cookies or chocolate products are packed at high speed of up to 800 products per minute. The products can be arranged in the tray standing on edge, in flat or shingled position according to requirement.

FLEXPICKER


Robot system FlexPicker TM for high performance top loading
The high performance robot system FlexPicker is the best tool for a robot supported packaging process. The system is utilised especially for the filling of trays, folding cartons and boxes with packed and unpacked confectionery and biscuits. The products can be inserted any way you please in mono and assortment packaging. It enables each robot to output up to 160 pick & place cycles per minute.
