GLOSSMASTER CTR-K
The GLOSSMASTER® CTR-K is available in 420 (16"), 620 (24")
and 820 mm (32").
The CTR-K, the short model, is only 1.3 metres long. The machine
can do a maximum of 6 m/min. depending on the product to be coated.

Owing
to its fully wheel-out tank, the coater can be readily cleaned as
well as mass change overs are especially easy to handle.
The coater processes tempered chocolate and all types of compound.

Chocolate enrobing lines
The GLOSSMASTER® CTR is available in 820, 1050, 1300
mm and 1500 mm work width. 
Its outstanding feature is the sturdy mode of construction as well
as it is easy to operate with the controls either being a PLC or
a conventional system. Mass change overs are readily possible due
to the fully wheel-out tank which also helps to the ease of maintenance
of the machine.
The GLOSSMASTER® CT can handle chocolate glazing mass and tempered
chocolate when combined with our tempering machine ROTOR TEMPER.

Double trough
The double trough was especially designed for cookies and sprinkled
products. Crumbs and nut pieces are washed via the mass return pump.
The second trough comes with a separate temperature control which
will be set to 45°C. De-crystallization starts in this trough
already where the temperature is quite hot and this prevents built-up
inside the coater even when running in 3 shift mode.
Cooling tunnel
The GLOSSMASTER® UK universal cooling tunnels are available
in two variations. One is the air cooled tunnel
with radiation and convection applied plus air cooling from the
bottom.
The other option for even stronger cooling from the bottom is the
use of water cooled plates which are integrated in the belt.
