SUCROMASTER
The SUCROMASTER® production line for cooking,
vacuumising, mixing, aerating and tempering of embossed hard candy
masses is suitable for:
· sugar masses for unfilled and high filled candies,
· hard milk candies,
· aerated and laminated masses,
· medicated candies,
· sugar free hard candies.
The high vacuum system guarantees low inversion and minimum flavour
loss due to the low temperature level of the mass.

SUCROFORM® - W
The SUCROFORM® - W is designed for
embossing hard caramel, chewy candy and croquant to a slab.
After cooling, the slab is "broken" into the individual
pre-formed pieces. Right after this the sharp edges are continuously
burred.
