FROZENSHELL


The FROZENSHELL® is a patented process for producing thin chocolate shells, which afterwards can be filled and enrobed. The system is available in working widths of 420 (16") and 620 mm (24").
A wide variety of shapes can be achieved by the simple and quick exchange of the forming plate.
