Type ND-156

The nut depositor type ND-156 is designed to place calibrated and peeled nuts into mould cavities. The machine can be integrated in most intermittent running plants. The product leading materials are made in stainless steel or anodized aluminum.

Control
The nut depositor is controlled by a local PLC. The depositing process is fully synchronized with the mould feeding conveyor belt. An operator panel allows easy parameterization and shows error messages. The integration of the control unit into the production plant control is assured by Profibus network connection.

Driving unit
The conveyor belt and the horizontal movement are driven by stepper motors. The vertical movements are driven by pneumatic cylinders.
