This is the latest model of Selmi’s most popular chocolate machine, the highly versatile Plus machine. Features include digital control panel, heated vibrating plate, easy-to-clean design, volumetric batcher, rudder bar for control of chocolate flow and closed circuit refrigeration unit with countercurrent heat exchanger.
The Plus machine can also be used for enrobing when fitted with the optional R200 enrobing attachment or the R200 Truffle covering belt, and is suitable for depositing when used with the optional chocolate injection plate.

The special processing capacity of the Futura machine enables crystallization to be maintained at considerably lower hardening temperatures than normal. The Futura features heated vibrating plate, easy-to-clean design, volumetric batcher, rudder bar for control of chocolate flow and closed circuit refrigeration unit with countercurrent heat exchanger.
The Futura machine can also be used for enrobing when fitted with the optional R200 enrobing attachment or the R200 Truffle covering belt, and is suitable for depositing when used with the optional chocolate injection plate.

Designed to suit the needs of medium/large confectioner’s labs, the Top machine offers an excellent combination of output, versatility and operating efficiency. The Top machine features heated vibrating plate, easy-to-clean design, volumetric batcher, rudder bar for control of chocolate flow and closed circuit refrigeration unit with countercurrent heat exchanger.
 The Top machine can also be used for enrobing when fitted with the optional R200 enrobing attachment or the R200 Truffle covering belt, and is suitable for depositing when used with the optional chocolate injection plate. The Top machine can also be used with the TUN 800 covering line.

The Tun 800 is designed to cover and cool coated and moulded products using a special air diffuser located along the whole length of the cold chamber. The productivity speed ranges from 30 to 200 cm/min. The covering section can be easily removed and washed and the positioning of the tempering machine under the covering area is made easy thanks to a special location facility.

CARICATORE STAMPI
Automatic Moulding Attachment

Automatic attachment for loading, filling, vibrating and leveling of polycarbonate moulds (275x175mm). The system uses the TOP tempering machine and, in a highly compact area, performs the same automated operations usually found on traditional industrial lines. There are four mould handling and workstations: filling with perforated pouring head, level one vibration, pneumatic leveling and finally level two vibrations. At the end of process, the mould is expelled directly into the cooling tunnel the removal of the chocolate.

 

COMFIT

Manufactured entirely of AISI 304 steel, the Comfit coating pan is equipped with an electronic speed control that optimises the sugar coating of different type and size products. In addition, the introduction of air into the rolling tank cavity is controlled by cooling unit which speeds up the increase in size of the finished product when chocolate is introduced. During the following phase, is possible to smooth and polish the product and clean the machine. A thermo regulator on the control panel enables the temperature to be regulated to suit the process required.

 


GALILEO

The Galileo spinning machine features a secure mould fastening system that uses permanent double magnets and incorporates a mechanical safety clutch for accident prevention. The Galileo allows simultaneous usage of four operative stations and speed adjustment is controlled by an inverter.

 

 

FILLER

Thanks to microprocessor-controlled portion management and adjustment, this machine makes the injection of filling into pralines quick and easy. Features include pump body manufactured from 100% cleanable material, injection members height adjustable and heated & thermo-adjusted injection heads. The unit incorporates two operating modes: automatic for praline production and manual to fill creams, honey, jams, etc. It can also run twenty programmable and storable injection settings.

The Filler bench depositing machine incorporates a heated volumetric pump and a 8 kg vat, suitable for filling pots or jars of cream, jam, honey etc…..  Two added devices allow the stuffing of brioches & krapfens. The control and adjustment of dosages is provided via a microprocessor controlled programme, and the unit is pedal operated. The “Filler” machine features 20 programmable and memorizes able filling settings and features a vibrating base to compact creams inside pots and jars.
